Ntare Consulting is a consulting firm that works on financial management, government compliance, fiscal planning and business solutions for entities both in the US and overseas. We endeavor to seek opportunities by investing in partnerships instead of contracting for a fee to share the cost of taking on the challenges present in today’s market. Our goal is to invest, service their needs and realize new product mixes in 20 small businesses by the end of the year 2020. We are now working on import services of coffee and handmade goods, apparel, real estate and agriculture.

You are your own boss.

This is not a desk job and you can work how and where you want to work. We will only require to be notified when you are absent for an extended period such as three months onward.

 We'll help you with leads.

We provide warm leads, effectively minimizing the number of cold calls. Our corporate office spends a great deal of time and money to have leads constantly flowing in order to keep our agents busy.

 

Job Description:

The Agent will provide support across all our business’s segments in the US; Apparel, Real Estate, Rental Property solutions. As such, they will be responsible for working with the teams to plan, develop, execute and measure integrated and multi-faceted programs designed to support these business unit’s strategic, tactical and revenue goals. Campaigns we will focus on:

·       Product Positioning and Value Proposition creation for products, ladder up messaging to business units, solution messaging, and overall business messaging.

·       Building and reinforcing the Ntare Consulting Brand and that of our business partners

·       Generating new leads and driving revenue through marketing communications (e.g. email communications, thought leadership reports/blogs, etc)

·       Expanding our share of wallet and loyalty with existing clients

 

The Agent will work closely with the Business Line Managers and Sales Teams to implement effective go-to-market, final customer-facing promotional campaigns, and materials designed to support the business objectives. This position may also be assigned cross-functional responsibilities to support group marketing initiatives.

Reports to the Senior Partner, US Services.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Assists with the development of marketing strategies to achieve the business unit’s strategic, tactical and revenue goals.

·       Evaluates prospective opportunities to understand their risks, potential, constraints, and objectives.

·       Successfully plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns based on these marketing strategies. Works closely with Sales Management, Product Manager(s), Shared Services Groups and external teams including advertising and PR agencies, trade journals/media, industry associations, etc. on an ongoing basis to accomplish business line objectives and revenue goals.

·       Monitors, analyzes and reports on campaign results. Provides recommendations for ongoing improvements. Continually monitors project work plans, timelines, and budgets.

·       Be creative and have a curious spark that drives day to day marketing efforts.

 


Job Qualifications:

·       College/Bachelor's degree in is an asset but not a requirement
