This is not a desk job, and you can work how and where you want to work. We will only require to be notified when you are absent for an extended period of two weeks onward.
We'll help you with leads.
We provide warm leads, effectively minimizing the number of cold calls. Our corporate office seeks partnerships in the geographical area and our agents on the ground service those accounts.

Job Description:
The Agent will provide support across all our business segments in the US. As such, they will be responsible for working with the teams to plan, develop, execute and measure integrated and multi-faceted programs designed to support these business unit’s strategic, tactical and revenue goals.
The Agent will work closely with other Business Line Agents and Principal Account Managers to implement effective go-to-market, final customer-facing promotional campaigns, and materials designed to support the business objectives. This position may also be assigned cross-functional responsibilities to support group marketing initiatives.
Campaigns we will focus on:
1. Product Positioning and Value Proposition creation for products, ladder up messaging to business units, solution messaging, and overall business messaging.
2. Building and reinforcing the Ntare Consulting Brand and that of your business and partners
3. Generating new leads and driving revenue through marketing communications (e.g., email communications, thought leadership reports/blogs, etc.)
4. Expanding our share of wallet and loyalty with existing clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists with the development of marketing strategies to achieve the business unit’s strategic, tactical and revenue goals.
2. Evaluates prospective opportunities to understand their risks, potential, constraints, and objectives.
3. Successfully plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns based on these marketing strategies. Works closely with Sales Management, Product Manager(s), Shared Services Groups and external teams including advertising and PR agencies, trade journals/media, industry associations, etc. on an ongoing basis to accomplish business line objectives and revenue goals.
4. Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign results. Provides recommendations for ongoing improvements. Continually monitors project work plans, timelines, and budgets.
5. Be creative and have a curious spark that drives day to day marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
· College/bachelor’s degree in is an asset but not a requirement
· Passion for learning and an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
· You can adapt to a constantly changing environment
· Sound judgment coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
· Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time to deliver consistent results for the business.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective listening skills; able to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/ client feedback; able to present and discuss complex concepts to executive audiences.
