Ntare Consulting Financial Reporting
Financial reporting is a broader concept than financial statements; in addition to the financial statements, financial reporting includes the company's annual report to stockholders, its annual report to the Securities and Exchange Commission (Form 10-K), its proxy statement, and other financial information reported by the company.
Our job at Ntare Consulting is to help your business creating these reports and helping you understand them to grow your business.
We create reports that create a formal record of the financial activities and position of your business, person, or other entity. Relevant financial information is presented in a structured manner and in a presentation that is easy to understand so that you know the full picture of your business.
There are five main types of accounts in accounting, namely assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses.
Financial statements
The Ntare Consulting Finance & Accounting Program generates the following general-purpose, external, financial statements:
1. Income Statement (sometimes referred to as "results of operations" or "earnings statement" or "profit and loss [P&L] statement")
2. Balance sheet (sometimes referred to as "statement of financial position")
3. Statement of cash flows (sometimes referred to as "cash flow statement")
4. Statement of stockholders' equity
5. Financial Review and Forecast
Income Statement
The income statement reports your company's profitability during a specified period of time. Ntare Consulting provides income statements for , five years, one year and three months – any other time interval chosen by the company to be produced can be purchased at an additional cost. (You can learn more about the income statement fits in your plan where we explain what we do.)
Balance Sheet
The balance sheet is organized into three parts: (1) assets, (2) liabilities, and (3) stockholders' equity at a specified date (typically, this date is the last day of an accounting period that is selected prior in the service selection time). The final and possibly most important section is the stockholders' equity, which defines the difference between the amount of assets and the amount of liabilities; this lays out the ownership of each share of the entity.
Statement of Cash Flows
The statement of cash flows explains the change in a company's cash (and cash equivalents) during the time interval selected prior.
The change is divided into three parts:
(1) operating activities that show how the cash has changed in your company,
(2) investing activities, and
(3) financing activities such as loan information during this time.
Statement of Stockholders' Equity
The statement of stockholders' (or shareholders') equity lists the changes in stockholders' equity for the same period as the income statement and the cash flow statement. The changes will include items such as net income, other comprehensive income, dividends, the repurchase of common stock, and the exercise of stock options. Each member of your venture will receive this report which will be customized to show each member’s individual share capital information.
Financial Review and Forecast
Ntare Company will evaluate the financial reports of your company and rank the projects by priority and profitability. This helps the company decide which capital expenditure projects will be undertaken and when. At the top of the list of capital expenditure projects are those for which no real choice exists especially with government compliance or improvements necessary to continue business. The remaining capital expenditures are usually ranked according to their profitability using a capital budgeting model.
