NTARE CONSULTING Policies and Actions for Group Management - Investor Relations
This is a comprehensive review of the firm's character and reputation among its members. It involves getting in touch with the client and establishing sustainability of the status quo. Sometimes conflict is just a result of a misunderstanding that can result from simple lack of good communication skills or channels, a poor mode of operation, burnour or as big as fraudulent activity. We take the time to analyze the facts and provide a concrete plan that we can also manage to make sure your firm either continues on or cuts its losses and takes a path of dissolution.
1. First Contact
Conversation with client investors to establish general sentiment towards firm operations and reputation. We believe that each member in the organization has a voice that needs to be heard whether in public or as protected speech. To aid in this process, NC employs customer service and a neutral approach in order to get a clear and unbiased account of each members sentiment towards the firm.
2. Strengths Review
A compilation of the attributes that have made the firm successful to this point. If a company has been in operation for longer than 3 years, we wish to make sure the longevity continues by preserving the formidable pillars that have kept it going. At this point, we start to formulate the cost of abandonment or continuation of the business.
3. Threats Review
An unfiltered report on the items that create valid disagreement in the way the firm is managed or operated. This task reveals the possible issues in the group that may cause the firm to collapse without any internal confliction. This establishes the way a firm could continue without a full membership or if the business can be purchased by an outside investor.
4. Opportunity Cost
This is a study of what the funds/time could be invested in instead. How much is the organization losing by going in a certain direction. The Opportunity cost explores the possibilities that can be achieved in lieu of the current status quo. It takes into account, management changes, member removal or outsourcing of activities to keep the business moving forward.
5. Financial Review
This is the conclusion of the review and establishes a financial cost to the afore mentioned tasks. Ntare Consulting will present a wide-ranging finance-focused report detailing the results of this exercise along with recommended actions and their financial implications of each scenario. It shows how much equity, future business; profit or loss that would result in the actions taken.
Ntare Consulting understands that by reaching out for this service, it indicates that all may not be well in the back office. We thank you for trusting us with this process and realize that sometimes the management firm may also pose a possible disagreement in the group. We are open to dialogue and change based on the financial implications of Ntare Consulting’s actions.
We wish to remind everyone involved in this exercise that honesty is paramount and unbiased reporting is a requirement.
